We have such a special wedding today! Emilee and Matthew were lucky enough to be married by Matthew’s father! Isn’t that wonderful?
They have a beautiful and intimate wedding at the Oxford Exchange in Tampa, Florida. I just love her flower hair clip. If you notice it matches with the cake!

Here’s their story:
My goal was to create an intimate wedding that was both special and meaningful. Matt and I wanted it to be beautiful, elegant, simple and classic. We had 30 guests in attendance.
It was very important to us to incorporate some of the traditional aspects of a Jewish wedding ceremony: the chuppah, Katubah, breaking of the glass. We designed the ceremony around the idea of the chuppah. We picked four words that are the foundation on which we are building our relationship on: Love, Communication, Teamwork, and Laughter.
Matthew’s step father wrote a poem for each word. Both of our fathers read the poems as our mothers placed the stones in each of the foundation pots of the chuppah. We also had each of our siblings and their spouses read one of the 8 blessings.
It was an honor for us to be married by Matthew’s father!
